On our inspection visit to Denham we
established that the cleaner they had been not cleaning
to a high standard. Floors had stains, carpets had
ground in dirt and toilets were lime-scale ridden
and very ‘unappealing’.
We recommended an initial deep clean to start with,
followed by a schedule of regular cleaning 4 days
per week.
This was approved. Using a team of 5
workers, our initial deep clean took us all day to
complete. During this time we carpet cleaned all carpeted
areas, stripped and resealed (to a high polish finish)
all lino floors, cleaned all windows inside and out,
hygienically cleaned & de-scaled all areas in
the toilets and finished off with a sparkle clean.
The Management were very impressed with
our initial clean and have expressed their delight
at the standard of cleaning within the building.

BMG Music had merged with Sony
which meant that the BMG Publishing arm of the
company was forced to research new premises,
they finally settled on a new, prestigious 5
floor building in Fulham Broadway. BMG Publishing
approached several cleaning companies including
the one that had been present in their previous
building. Once we were awarded the contract
our Account Manager set about planning the contract
down to the last detail. The Facilities Manager
stressed the importance of being able to trust
the potential contractor with the move to the
new business premises. The weekend before the
BMG publishing staff were due to start work
in their new building we had our team in to
ensure the building was ready.
Working closely with the Facilities
Manager we supported BMG through its relocation
to its current site, ensuring that we did a
two stage clean which consisted of a ‘builders
clean’ and then a ‘sparkle clean’
so that the premises were spotless when their
staff arrived on Monday morning.
Some of the services that we provide BMG Publishing
are periodic carpet cleans, specialist IT equipment
cleans ,specialist services such as sanitary
disposal as well as regular delivery of janitorial
supplies.
Our Account Manager undertakes a ‘walk
around’ with the Facilities Manager on
a monthly basis to ensure the Facilities Manager
is happy with the standard. |

Following their relocation, Technimove
requested we carry out a detailed professional clean
of their computers, keyboards & monitors.
The project consisted of a professional
IT clean of 1700 PC’s.
The Technimove wanted this split up
into 2 phases.
Phase 1
The first phase consisted of 1000 PC’s and the
second 700 PC’s. Phase 1 took place on Saturday
2nd December 2007. Our crew arrived on site at 8.00am.
We used a team of 5 and finished ahead of schedule
at 4pm.
Phase 2
Phase 2 took place on 9th December 2007. Our crew
arrived at 7.30am. This second phase saw the completion
of the project. The Kleanteam were able to finish
once again ahead of schedule and finished at 3.30pm.
The work was carried out over 2 weekends.
The Camden Society is a London based
registered charity organisation working in the boroughs
of Camden, Greenwich, Havering and Enfield just to
name a few. They were unhappy with their present cleaners
and we managed to win the tender.
Before that the contract was agreed
our Account Manager met with Camden’s Finance
Manager and listened to their requirements. We then
undertook an initial survey. From this a project plan/tender
document was produced consisting of health & safety,
risk assessments, COSHH and the recommended course
of action. Once we were awarded the contract we implemented
a ‘Blitz Spring Deep Clean’. This was
needed so that is what we could bring the office areas
up to a standard before we embarked on the regular
clean. This account is run n a keyholder basis. We
started with three buildings and have just taken on
a further two buildings so we have five in total.
We have a total of 5 cleaners working a minimum of
2 hours a day 5-6 days a week.
